Hello,

I have just begun to use sharepoint and am very new to the process, so I
appologize if the question is very basic.

I would like to upload an excel document to the website, but I do not want
to share the document. Essentially, I would like the document to fuction as a
historical file. Additionally, I do not want anyone (including myself, the
administrator) to be able to change the information in the document through
the website. Changes should only be possible by re-uploading the file to the
website. This is not a problem for users with Read-Only access, however I
believe it will be for other users who I would still like to be able to
upload new files.

Can I do this using my Sharepoint Service Site?

Thank You,
Youngblood
